-Once, I love team sports, however, I realize what I love is not the sport but the leadership
                -Personal story: Once I have a team captain, leading our soccer team playing against other school in China. During mid time, it was 6-0, they are 6. However, our captain did not want to leave it like this, he shouted, yelled, persuaded. One by one, we find our confidence back, our attitude become serious and started to hit balls in. Unluckily, it was 6-5, we still lost. But, we did  not regret the game, instead, thx for the captain, we did
